History

We have been involved in the commercial asset maintenance services industry since 1988, including management and administration of commercial property.

In the past we were also involved with grounds maintenance, in more recent times, deciding to concentrate and specialise solely with building maintenance services. 

Our past experience and long-term associations within this industry reflect the same.

All of our current and potential clients are treated with the same respect, and we endeavour to meet and exceed their expectations at every opportunity.

We are also a member of the Townsville Chamber of Commerce, and look forward to all the future business associations.

Our Mission is to continue to provide quality management advice and "hands on" services to every aspect of the properties we are charged with to maintain.
