Maintenance

The core of our business relates to servicing and managing demised and common area to commercial office buildings, and medium sized shopping centres in Townsville, North Queensland.

Services may include internal/external common area, demised office space, rest rooms, general kitchen space etc.

Any property under our control, or new quotation for services, always includes a tailor-made Maintenance Specification. The advantage of using formal guidelines not only identifies the areas to be addressed, it ensures that any contractual agreement it covers expresses to all parties involved, who is accountable for each/any area of the property.

We are also fully insured for public liability, and supply MSDS'S (Material Safety Data Sheets) to Property Managers for all chemicals and related products that are/would be used at any property.

Property Reports and Advice

In this area we work closely with managing agents, owners and tenants alike, carrying out inspections, preparing reports, and then advising on the best options and methods available to maintain commercial property to a high standard. We instigate and encourage regular client contact/meetings in order to address these areas.

This will include written reports relating to property condition and servicing recommendations for the same. The goal being the enhancement or rectification of its appearance.
Reports may also relate to grounds maintenance issues where applicable, including demised/common area defects and requisite consumption issues etc.

By keeping a hands-on "detailed eye" on all aspects for each property, and addressing these areas, not only makes the reporting easier for all parties, it assists in reducing (Ad-hoc) works and procedures.
